Yes. As a B2B partner you can use selected LashVie promotional material. This material may only be used for the sale of original LashVie products.

Yes. We encourage your own content, provided the products are presented professionally and the appearance of the LashVie brand is preserved.

No. Products are only reserved once the order has been placed and payment has been received.

When a product is temporarily unavailable, this is indicated in the web shop. We will inform you as soon as the product is available again.

Orders placed and paid on business days before 15:00 are processed the same day (if in stock).

Yes. After shipment you automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Business purchases are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible when:

• the wrong product was delivered;
• a product arrived damaged;
• there is a manufacturing defect.

Yes. Selling via your own web shop is permitted.

No. Selling via platforms such as Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Wish or comparable marketplaces is only permitted with prior written consent from LashVie.

No. Our products are intended exclusively for sale to end users or via a sales channel approved by LashVie. Reselling to other wholesalers, distributors or resellers is not permitted without prior written consent.

Yes. Authorised B2B partners may use the marketing material provided by LashVie to promote original LashVie products. It is not permitted to modify the imagery or logo in a way that harms the appearance of the brand.

No. All products are sold exclusively under the LashVie brand.
