The anti-stick coating prevents lash glue from clinging to the tips, so you can position the lash band exactly where you want it without it sticking to the tweezer. The fine, slightly curved tip gives optimal grip and control while placing along your lash line, even in the inner corner of the eye where fingers are simply too big. The band lands tight and straight in one go, without pulling or shifting and without glue smudges on your eyelid. The difference is in the details. Ordinary tweezers have smooth metal tips that glue bonds to: right at the moment you release the lash, it sticks to the wrong end. The anti-stick layer solves that. The spring tension is also chosen so you grip with minimal pressure - you do not deform the lash band and your hand stays relaxed, even when doing both eyes in a row.
